The 1th China International Machine Tool Exhibition was held in Beijing China International Exhibition Center from April 9 to 15, 27. A delegation of more than 3 people from our company's sales, technology, production, procurement and various workshop departments participated in the exhibition. The G-Z16 five-axis and four-linkage CNC longitudinal cutting lathe and the high-speed, high-precision, μ-level G-CNC1 CNC horizontal lathe, which represent our company, were sent to the exhibition. At the exhibition site, the CNC slitting lathe also demonstrated the whole processing process from bar to bar, including turning the excircle, turning the arc, turning the thread, milling the groove, milling the plane, milling the curved surface, drilling the hole, forming and cutting off, etc., showing the characteristics of this machine tool's high-speed, precise and compound turning and milling functions, reaching the advanced level of similar products in the world and attracting the attention of many domestic and foreign merchants attending the meeting. In recent years, by strengthening management, the company has greatly improved its technical level and manufacturing capacity, and promoted the adjustment of product structure. From ordinary lathe to economical CNC, popular CNC, turning center to CNC slitting lathe and other products, the company has gradually formed diversified product varieties and serialized specifications, which reflects the course of our company's technological progress and laid the foundation for the development of enterprises.

China's rapid economic growth for many years and the implementation of the national strategic decision to revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry have injected vigorous vitality into the expanding demand of China machine tool market. The theme of this exhibition is "innovation and development, harmony and win-win", and all exhibitors and manufacturers show all kinds of products with the highest level, showing the latest trends of manufacturing technology development in the contemporary world. There are more than 2 machining centers on display, nearly twice as many as the last one. Overseas high-speed machining centers (spindle speed above 1r/min) account for about 5%, and domestic high-speed machining centers account for about 3%. There are nearly 7 five-axis combined machine tools in various forms on display, among which the five-axis horizontal turn-milling combined turning centers exhibited overseas are: Madzak, Dawei and Moriseiki in Japan, DMG in Germany, Haas and Hatting in the United States, Doosan and Kia in South Korea, WFL in Austria, and Shenyang Machine Tool Group, Dalian Machine Tool Group, Beijing No.1 Machine Tool and Nanjing CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. in a series of various specifications. In addition, manufacturers of CNC systems, various functional parts, accessories, tools and accessories include Fanuc in Japan, Siemens in Germany, guangzhou cnc, and Kandy in Beijing. Measuring instrument manufacturers such as Lei Nishao in Britain, Sony in Japan, and sandvik, a tool manufacturer, have introduced new products respectively. The delegation took this opportunity to learn, carefully understand the latest new technologies and new products introduced by various manufacturers in this exhibition, collect new information in all aspects, keep abreast of the development trends of products of machine tool manufacturers at home and abroad, and find out the gap by themselves. According to the specific task arrangement, we collected the latest technical data, such as various product samples, precision spindle units, high-precision motorized spindles, linear rolling guides, ball screw, tool rest (electric, hydraulic, servo), chucks, bearings, fixtures and so on.

The five key service areas of machine tool manufacturing: automobile and its parts manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, aerospace and aviation industry, shipbuilding manufacturing and agricultural machinery manufacturing, are still in great demand for machine tools, and the demand is obviously developing towards heavy and high-grade. At this exhibition, domestic large and medium-sized CNC machine tools are fully displayed, and their advanced products and technologies have become another bright spot.

Through investigation, we can see the advanced level of machine tool manufacturing in the world and find our own gap. We should speed up the development of new products in the next stage, do all the work well and promote the development and progress of enterprises.

1. accelerate the industrialization of popular CNC machine tools. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the market demand structure will undergo great changes, and CNC machine tools, especially CNC machine tools with popularity and above, will gradually become the mainstream of market demand. CNC lathes and machining centers are always the main types of CNC products in China's market demand, and the demand is increasing year by year. Accelerating the industrialization of popular CNC lathes and machining centers is an important measure to improve the cost performance and quality stability of domestic machine tools. Therefore, we must promote the industrialization of popular CNC lathes such as G-12, G-16P, G-16T, G-21, G-25P, G-28 and G-5.

2. Strive to open up the market of high-grade CNC machine tools. The development of multi-axis linkage control and multi-function machine tools can realize multi-purpose and multi-function of one machine, thus expanding the application range of machine tools and improving production efficiency. Therefore, we need to develop new products, improve and optimize products, actively promote the industrialization of high-grade G-21MC turning center, pay close attention to the development of G-28MCS double spindle turning and milling compound turning center, design a large G-5MC turning center, develop G-Z16S CNC longitudinal cutting lathe with auxiliary spindle processing function, and design a large-scale CNC horizontal lathe (with a diameter of 8mm and a length of 3-5 meters). So that our high-end products can enter the market, and users can feel the benefits created by domestic machine tools during the use process, experience the superior cost performance of domestic machine tools and obtain stable and reliable equipment.

14. Carry out multi-variety product development. We can consider the development of products other than lathes and adopt outsourced standard component modules. Its main purpose is to make this kind of products easier to put into production, easy to form batches, and can create benefits for enterprises. With the sustained and rapid development of China's national economy in recent years, foreign manufacturing industries are constantly shifting to China. In a wide range of processing fields, the "engraving and milling machine" is increasingly welcomed and favored by more customers. It is expected that the market prospect will be broad, and it can process small and medium-sized pieces such as carving molds, injection molds, shoes, trademarks, leather, watches, coins, glasses, buttons, toys and hardware, and it needs a curved surface processing and engraving machine. It integrates the functions of CNC milling machine and spark machine, and makes up for the shortcomings of CNC milling machine which can only process large chips and spark machine which can only process accurately and has low efficiency. At the same time, it avoids the high-cost investment of high-speed milling machine, so high-speed milling and engraving can be carried out. Therefore, it is suggested to invest in research and development in cnc engraving and milling machine.
