How to register the brand export authorization letter at the customs:

1. Customs protection registration application form for trademark rights ("Intellectual Property Customs Protection Registration Application System" automatically generates, prints and signs );

2. Applicant’s identity document;

3. Trademark registration certificate;

4. Copy of bank receipt for payment of registration fee (signature and seal) and indicate "checked with the original");

5. The original fixed-format power of attorney formulated by the General Administration of Customs (can be downloaded from this website), signed and sealed by the right holder;

6. Agent’s identity document;

7. Photos or samples of the goods and their packaging;

8. Evidence of import and export of known infringing goods;

9., Rights licensing status, if there is a license contract, submit a copy of the contract (signed and stamped with "check with the original"), if there is no contract, provide the license list, content, period, etc.;
