Fila was not acquired by Xtep, but in 2009, Anta acquired the copyright of Fila in China.

Xtep acquired brands including Gaishiwei, paladin and Supra, all of which are international sports brands.

On the evening of August 12, 2009, Anta issued an announcement to acquire the Fila China trademark, and was responsible for promoting and distributing the Fila China trademark products in Chinese mainland, Hongkong and Macau.
