In May 2008, two fat brothers had their first close contact with crabs and founded Fatty Crab Pot in Haiyan, Jiaxing.

In 2009, the first branch was opened in Pinghu, Jiaxing.

In 2011, the Fat Brothers trademark was officially approved by the State Trademark Administration.

In 2013, Jiaxing Pang Geliang Catering Management Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2014, Pang Ge Liang Meat Crab Pot successively opened stores in first- and second-tier cities in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shaanxi, Henan and other provinces.

In January 2015, Hangzhou Pang Geliang Catering Management Co., Ltd. was established in the Fortune Financial Center of Qianjiang New Town, Hangzhou, as the company's next phase of nationwide operation and management center.
