It is too limiting to adjust the CAD background to white. If you still need to do other CAD drawings after importing your logo, then you might as well make this logo in CAD. Anyway, this logo is easy, it is a straight line. And the curve, just trace it with a closed line and then fill it in! After filling, you can remove the edges, leaving only one filling block! I simply imitated it!

If you want the words in the middle to be white, then fill the middle with white after closing. I didn’t think of this until the picture was posted, but the application is the same!
