Applicants should fill in the address specified in the identity document. If the address in the identity document is not preceded by an administrative division such as a province, city, or county, the applicant should add the name of the corresponding administrative division.

If the applicant is a natural person, you can fill in the mailing address. Foreign applicants who meet the conditions for self-handling trademark applications should fill in the address in detail with administrative divisions such as province, city, and county.

Foreign applicants who do not meet the conditions for handling trademark applications on their own should fill in both Chinese and English addresses in detail.
