The registration of trademarks is the responsibility of the State Trademark Administration, while the registration of companies is the responsibility of the local Industrial and Commercial Bureau. Many people wait until their business reaches a certain stage of development and want to apply for a trademark using their own business name, but it is too late. The brand benefits have long been lost, but new names can be developed to promote them. For example, Coca-Cola’s Beauty Source, Daliyuan Group’s Haoyidian, etc. A company may not have only one logo. It should be measured according to the actual needs of the enterprise.

Trademark registration requires a qualified company or individual industrial and commercial household to submit a trademark drawing and protected product type. The official charge is 1,000 yuan, and each category includes 10 products.

Company registration will go through industrial and commercial taxation and other procedures after name verification, and official fees will vary depending on the registered capital.

Before registering a trademark, you must have subject qualifications. Mere individuals cannot apply.
