Trademark Guarantee Registration Service Commitment:
1, the Trademark Office failed to accept it; If the application for trademark registration is not accepted by the Trademark Office, the customer may request a full refund or re-declaration.

If the Trademark Office decides to reject all trademarks (Chinese, English, figures and the combination of the above elements) applied for registration after substantive examination, it will be refunded in full. (The rejection shall be subject to the rejection notice issued by the Trademark Office, and this commitment is only applicable to the trademark application for purchasing the "guarantee registration" service).
3. If the Trademark Office decides to partially reject the trademark (Chinese, English, numbers and the combination of the above elements) applied for registration after substantive examination, the service commitment is as follows (the rejection shall be subject to the rejection notice issued by the Trademark Office, and this commitment is only applicable to the trademark application for purchasing the "guaranteed registration" service):
3. 1 If the client entrusts this agency to refuse the examination, the original guarantee registration fee can be used to offset the fee for refusing the examination.
3.2 If the customer gives up the re-examination and asks for re-registration, the agent will provide general trademark registration services free of charge (excluding extra items).
3.3 If the part that has not been rejected encounters objection during the trademark announcement period after the preliminary examination and approval, and all the goods or services that have been preliminarily examined and approved are not approved for registration, the trademark registration fee will be refunded in full (the objection result shall be subject to the objection ruling issued by the Trademark Office).

If the trademark applied for registration is a pure graphic trademark or a trademark with graphic elements, the customer must guarantee "trademark+copyright" when purchasing the "guarantee registration" service. Where an agent is entrusted for copyright registration, the guarantee commitment is as follows:
4. 1 Trademark registration and copyright registration are unsuccessful: full refund will be given for copyright registration; After substantive examination of trademark registration, the Trademark Office decides to reject all of them and handle them in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 1 of these Rules. Where the Trademark Office decides to partially reject it, it shall be handled in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 1 of these Rules (the rejection shall be subject to the agency's receipt of the notice of rejection issued by the Trademark Office, and this commitment is only applicable to the trademark application for purchasing the "guaranteed registration" service).
4.2 After the successful registration of copyright, the Trademark Office conducts a substantive examination of the trademark registration, and the Trademark Office decides to reject all of them and handle them in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 1 of these Rules; If the Trademark Office decides to partially reject it, it shall be handled in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 1 of these Rules (rejection shall be subject to the notice of rejection issued by the Trademark Office, and this commitment is only applicable to the trademark application for purchasing the "guarantee registration" service), and the refund does not involve the copyright registration fee.
4.3 If the trademark registration is successful and the copyright registration unit decides not to register it after examination, the copyright registration will give a full refund.
4.4 For copyright registration, which is not represented by an agency, the refund only involves the trademark registration fee, not the copyright registration fee.
5. The trademark applied for registration has passed the substantive examination but encountered objections during the announcement period, and the guarantee commitment is as follows:

5.3 If all the registered trademarks are rejected, and any objection is encountered within the announcement period after the rejection review, and the trademark has been dealt with in accordance with any of the provisions in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of these Rules at the rejection stage, it will no longer enjoy the commitments in paragraphs 5. 1 and 5.2.
5.4 If the registered trademark of guarantee is partially rejected, and the original part of the rejected re-examination or approval item enters the announcement period, if it has been dealt with in accordance with any of the clauses in the second, third and fourth paragraphs of Article 1 at the rejection stage, it will no longer enjoy the commitments in 5. 1 and 5.2.
