Once the original design is completed, the designer owns the copyright of the design. Copyright registration needs to be submitted to the local (prefecture-level city-level) copyright bureau; you can also log in to the China Design Window for copyright registration.

According to the provisions of Article 2 of the "Trial Measures for Voluntary Registration of Works": voluntary registration of works is implemented. Regardless of whether the work is registered or not, the copyright obtained by the author or other copyright holders in accordance with the law will not be affected.
