Madrid trademark registration conditions

1. The applicant must have subject qualifications;

Madrid Trademark Registration Procedure

1. After receiving the application documents from the applicant, the International Office of the Trademark Office will submit the application documents to the International Bureau within two months if the formal examination is correct;

2. When the application documents submitted by the Trademark Office are received, the date of receipt by the Trademark Office will be the date of receipt by the International Bureau, which is the date of international registration of the trademark.

3. After receiving the international registration application from the Trademark Office, the International Bureau will register it in the International Register if the procedures are complete, and publish the application in the International Gazette called "International Trademarks" Above;

4. Send a notice of request for territorial extension to the competent authority of the country requesting to designate the country of registration in the application;
