Provincial park. Tianxin Economic Development Zone is located in the core area of "two-oriented society" construction in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. It is a provincial park established in June 2002. Two-oriented society refers to "resource-saving society and environment-friendly society". Resource-saving society means that the whole social economy is based on saving resources, and the core of building a resource-saving society is saving resources.
