1. Zhangjiajie Ponkan: The fruit of Zhangjiajie Ponkan is oblate, with a single fruit weight of 150-160 grams. The peel is orange-red, thin and shiny, with a soluble solids content of 12-13. The flesh is crisp and tender, juicy and sweet. Unique flavor, durable in storage and transportation. In November 2007, it was awarded the geographical indication certification trademark registered by the National Trademark Office.
2. Sangzhi salted tofu: Sangzhi salted tofu is a specialty of Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province. Sangzhi salted tofu is a famous local specialty. During the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty, the salted tofu produced by the tofu industry in Sangzhi County was sold well in Changsha, Wuhan, Guangzhou and other places. It was well-known in Sanxiang and was once listed as a tribute, making it famous in the capital.
3. Cili Golden Fragrant Pomelo: Cili Golden Fragrant Pomelo originates from Jiuxi Village, Jiangya Town, Cili County, Hunan Province. In 1960, fruit tree experts at the city and county levels discovered during a census of citrus resources that the masses at that time called the fruit "winter melon and sweet pomelo" because it resembled winter melon in shape and tasted sweet. Later, because the peel of the fruit has a unique golden color and a long-lasting rich aroma, it was named "Golden Fragrant Pomelo".
4. Dongxi Seven Sisters Chili Peppers: Dongxi is located in the southwest of Cili, with a higher altitude, and is known as "Cili Tibet". 5. Sangzhi radish: Sangzhi radish is a specialty of Baishi Township, Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province.
