1. Apply for enterprise qualifications

3. No support will be given to companies that have been notified of violations by foreign-related departments in the current year or companies that voluntarily applied for exhibitions and then withdrew.

II. Project implementation time

Projects that have been implemented and completed in 2015 (January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015) will not be awarded for projects that have been implemented but have not been completed. declare.

1. Foreign trade transformation and upgrading project

(1) International certification category

Enterprises with a self-operated export volume of more than 1 million US dollars in the current year shall obtain internationally accepted quality management systems, environmental management systems, and social responsibilities within the year A certain amount of financial support will be provided for management system and other certifications, product quality, international technical standard certification, and overseas patents. The application materials are as follows:

① Project application form (Attachment 1);

② A copy of the certification certificate or overseas patent certificate;

③ The project applicant and A copy of the contract of the entrusted certification agency;

④ Certification agency qualification materials (copy of the organization's business license), the staff will check and confirm through the China Testing Resource Platform;

⑤ Project Copies of legal vouchers for actual expenses incurred (invoice copy);

⑥ Fee payment voucher (bank transfer note). If remitting money to a foreign institution, please provide a bank foreign exchange slip;

⑦ Chinese translations of foreign language materials will be provided (translation of the main parts).

(2) Self-owned brand category

A. For enterprises with a self-operated export volume of more than 1 million US dollars in the year that have obtained overseas registered trademarks within the year;

B. Enterprises with a self-operated export volume of more than US$2 million that year acquire mature overseas brands within the year.

2. International market development project

(1) Overseas (overseas) exhibition category

Partial booth fees and other funds will be subsidized to self-operated export enterprises participating in overseas (overseas) exhibition activities.

Applications for provincial small and medium-sized fund projects cannot be repeated (except for enterprises with insufficient funding). The application materials are as follows:

①Project application form (Attachment 3);

②Provided by the organizer Exhibition invitation letter (including information such as exhibition name, time, and exhibition fee standards);

③Invitation letter from the exhibitor or a copy of the approval document approved by the relevant national ministries and commissions to participate in the exhibition (the invitation letter needs to be bilingual in Chinese and English);

④Copy of the booth contract signed with the exhibition organizer (including the number of booths, booth area and other information);

⑤Charge notice or payment notice issued by the exhibition organizer (required Listing information such as booth fees and other exhibition fees)

⑥Confirmation letter regarding booth area and booth fees issued by the exhibition organizer;

⑦Legal voucher for the actual expenses incurred by the project, Including copies of invoices and bank payment documents. For foreign exchange payments, a copy of the overseas remittance application should be provided (indicate the exchange rate at the time of payment);

⑧The first page of the exhibitor's passport, the visa page and the entry and exit stamp A copy of the page of the stamp (both the country of departure and the country of entry must have a valid entry-exit stamp);

⑨Photos of work at the exhibition (in principle, they can reflect the company name/booth number/company products);

⑩Any foreign language materials (for the above ②~⑥) must also provide corresponding Chinese translations (translate the main parts, and note that the format is basically the same as the foreign language version).

For overseas exhibitions that are key organizations and key supports of the county, please also provide detailed tariff standards, payment notices, invoices and payment vouchers for personnel fees (for specific exhibition details, please refer to the Attachment Catalog No. 28 of De Business Administration ﹝2015﹞ , please download the document from the Deqing County Commerce Bureau website www.dqcom.gov.cn-Policies and Regulations-Foreign Trade Policy column).

(2) Key domestic international exhibitions

For export enterprises to participate in key international exhibitions held in the country (key domestic exhibitions announced by the county, for details, see De Business [2015] No. 28 document), a certain amount of special booth decoration fees and partial booth fee subsidies will be provided (cash payment is not supported).

A. Materials required to participate in key domestic exhibitions (see German Business Document No. 28 of 2015 for details):

②Exhibition notice (including exhibition name, time, location, booth fee and other information);

③Copy of booth contract or exhibition application form signed with the exhibitor (stamped by both parties);

B. Materials provided for special decoration of booths at key exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and China Fair:

③Copy of the booth decoration fee invoice (invoice copy);

④Bank payment voucher (transfer voucher or remittance voucher, etc.);< /p>

3. Trade Risk Response Projects

A. Self-operated export enterprises purchasing export credit insurance

A certain amount of subsidies will be provided to self-operated import and export enterprises for the costs incurred in purchasing export credit insurance.

To apply for China export credit insurance, the premium data provided by CITIC Insurance Huzhou Branch shall be subject to the premium data, which will be cashed directly to the enterprise without the need for enterprise declaration; the application materials for enterprises to insure the export credit insurance business of other insurance companies are as follows:

①Project declaration Table (Appendix 4);

② Description of the situation (the insurance company shall certify the insurance facts and stamp it, stating the actual premiums paid that year);

③ Insurance contract;

④Copy of invoice for payment of insurance premiums;

B. Self-operated export enterprises should deal with trade barriers

A certain amount of funding will be provided for the response costs of self-operated export enterprises that actively participate in the "two anti-corruption and one protection" cases. Specifically, the following information will be provided:

4. Encouraged import projects

Refer to the National Import Subsidy Policy Catalog (Catalogue of Encouraged Imported Technologies and Products [2015 Edition]). For documents, please go to the Deqing County Commerce Bureau website www.dqcom.gov.cn - Policies and Regulations - Foreign Trade Policy Column (Download in China), provide subsidies to enterprises that import machinery, equipment, and high-tech enterprises that the country encourages the import of (with an import volume of more than 2 million U.S. dollars). The application materials are as follows:

① Project declaration form (Attachment 6);

② Contract for imported equipment or technology;

④Invoice for imported equipment or technology;

⑤Bank payment voucher, if paying in foreign exchange, please provide a bank slip;

5. Things to note

The materials submitted by the enterprise must be true, legal and complete. Applications for various grants should be made separately by project, and the materials should be bound separately. For enterprises with many projects, please provide a project application summary form. All materials must be in duplicate and stamped with the official seal (each page). The application form must be printed. Each enterprise is required to bind the application materials in a unified manner according to the order of information required for each project in the fourth major point. Please indicate the name of the enterprise and the category of the application project on the cover (see Appendix 7 for the cover format).
