German Jagermeister liqueur, English name: Jagermeister, also known as "Holy Deer". The first liquor brand in Germany.
In the movie "The Hangover", the protagonists drink this kind of wine on the roof.
As a plant liqueur, jagermeister has 56 different plants, flowers, condiments and fruits from different countries. For example, cinnamon comes from Ceylon, ginger comes from South Asia, Pomeranzen comes from Australia, Rotsandelholz comes from East India and so on, and of course it also includes some undisclosed plant ingredients.
Various additives are ground and prepared according to different proportions, and then soaked in the mixture of wine and water with a concentration of about 70% for 2-3 days, so that the fragrance and color of plants are soaked in the liquid. The soaking process was repeated for about 5 months until all the flavors and colors were soaked in Jagermeister basic ingredients, and then stored in oak barrels for one year. Finally, the basic ingredients of Jagermeister should be mixed with wine, liquid syrup, caramel and soft water, and then the plant liqueur with a concentration of 35% should be made.
