If a trademark registrant loses the Change/Transfer/Renewal Certificate, it shall apply to the Trademark Office for a replacement of the Change/Transfer/Renewal Certificate in time, and the Trademark Office shall reissue it in time. There are two ways to apply for the renewal of the Change/Transfer/Renewal Certificate: (1) Entrust it to a trademark agency filed with the Trademark Office. (2) The applicant shall go directly to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office.
