Article 26 Producers shall Responsible for product quality.

Product quality shall meet the following requirements:

(1) There are no unreasonable risks endangering personal and property safety, and there are national standards to protect human health and personal and property safety. If it is an industry standard, it shall comply with that standard;

(2) It must have the usability performance that the product should have, except for the explanation of defects in the product's usability performance;
