Dalmore whisky is stored in white oak barrels that have been used for years for sherry. Located in the north of Scotland, the climate is colder and the whisky matures slowly: other factors also affect the flavor of the final product, such as soft water quality, peat-flavored germinated barley and sea breeze.
The unique thick taste of DALMORE is attributed to the fact that it takes longer to mature than typical scotch whisky. Therefore, our products with the lightest year start from 12 years instead of 1 years.
