Introduction of after-sales maintenance service
If the product needs maintenance, the supplier can pick up the goods at the designated address in JD.COM or entrust JD.COM to deliver it to the supplier by other means such as logistics, and the related expenses such as logistics shall be borne by the supplier.
If the repaired goods cannot be returned within the specified time limit, the supplier shall inform the reason and the exact repair time in writing by e-mail or fax 5 working days in advance. If the supplier fails to deliver the repaired products within the specified time limit, or fails to repair the products within the specified time after confirmation by JD.COM in writing or e-mail, JD.COM will deduct the payment for the products or ask the supplier to replace them with brand-new products.
It is understood that if the product to be repaired has two or more failures in the same performance of the same commodity, the supplier must return or replace the brand-new product for JD.COM. If the repaired product is beyond the warranty scope specified by the manufacturer, the supplier shall issue a written certificate to JD.COM.
If the supplier promises to repair the goods and deliver them to the designated address in JD.COM within the agreed time, the delivery time of the goods shall be subject to the receipt certificate obtained by JD.COM.
