Documents required to apply for an Italian trademark

1. Trademark registration application: The designated goods and services on the trademark application must be filled in in accordance with the provisions of the Nice Agreement on the International Classification of Goods and Services , on one application, you can fill in several categories of different goods or services.

2. A power of attorney signed by the applicant.

3. 18 trademark images. If it is a color trademark, you need to submit 18 additional color drawings.

4. If priority is requested, the applicant is required to submit priority use documents.
