There are two ways to apply for a reissue of a trademark registration certificate:

(2) Applicants should go directly to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office to apply.

The process of entrusting a trademark agency to apply for trademark renewal

1. Fill in the "Trademark Agency Power of Attorney" in duplicate and stamp/sign;

2. Fill out the "Application Form for Reissue of Trademark Registration Certificate" and stamp/sign;

3. Provide the trademark registrant's subject qualification certification documents (copy of business license, ID card, etc.) confirmed by seal or signature. Copy, stamped/signed.

Time required for trademark renewal: There is no legal time limit for trademark renewal applications in my country. According to the practical experience of Wuzhou Business Network, it takes about 6 months from submission of application documents to completion of renewal.
