(1) The activation process of credit card customer service phone is as follows.
(1) Call the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the credit card. After selecting the corresponding language, please enter the cardholder's card number and inquiry password.
(2) According to the voice prompt, select the card activation option under the menu of "Credit Card Activation and Password Management".
(3) Enter the last 3 digits printed after the signature column on the back of the cardholder's credit card, and press # to confirm.
(4) Enter the cardholder's home phone number and press # to confirm.
(5) Enter 6 digits as the cardholder's transaction password and press # to confirm.
(6) Enter the 6-digit transaction password again and press # to confirm.
(7) The transaction password is set successfully.
(b) activate the credit card online.
(1) First log in to the online banking page of official website Credit Card of our bank and enter the cardholder's card number and inquiry password.
(2) Please modify your query password in time after logging in.
(3) After the initial password of your credit card is successfully modified, please log in to online banking again.
(4) After logging in for the second time, please click "Credit Card Activation" and enter the last 3 digits printed in the signature column on the back of the credit card and your home phone number according to the page prompts.
(5) After successful activation, enter 6 digits as your transaction password according to the prompt.
(6) If you don't check the "password confirmation transaction" function on the application form, you can change the transaction mode to password+signature after setting.
