Suqian City, referred to as Su, was formerly known as Xiaxiang, Suyu, Zhongwu, etc. in ancient times. It is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province. Located in the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta, in the north of Jiangsu Province, it is a regional comprehensive transportation hub in the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta.
