1. Take Beijing Unicom number card as an example. Beijing Unicom customers who apply for card replacement business in Beijing support agents (the owner does not need to go there himself). The agent needs to provide the agent and must provide the agent's valid ID card.

Proxy ID card (excluding temporary ID card), as well as the original valid ID card and power of attorney of the principal (i.e.: the owner). Beijing numbers do not support card replacement service in other places (the owner of the card must go to the local business office to apply for it).
