Hello! The Agricultural Bank of China debit card transaction password will be locked if you enter the incorrect transaction password three times in a row through various transaction channels within a day. The solution is as follows:
1. Remember the correct password and have registered personal mobile banking: You can log in to mobile banking, click on the home page → My Account → Select the debit card to be unlocked → Enter the correct password to unlock The account password and face recognition can be successfully unlocked;
2. The debit card that has been registered with Palm Bank but is locked by the password has not been added to Palm Bank: You can log in to Palm Bank and click Home → My Account. →Debit Card→Add this account. After successful addition, click "Unlock Now" to jump to the password unlocking process.
3. Unregistered personal mobile banking: You can register for mobile banking by yourself, bind the card to upgrade and handle the password unlocking business.
Warm reminder:
1. If the online unlocking function cannot be used on the same day after the password verification fails three times, you can wait 24 hours and unlock again through the Palm Bank channel.
2. If you have forgotten your debit card password or failed to unlock it on your mobile bank, please go to any of our bank’s branches across the country (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) with your valid ID and bank card. Password loss report and reset.
