2. The card will be sent by express mail, and the mailing time will be about 3-5 working days. Please activate it after confirming receipt.
3. If you have handled personal online banking or other withholding business of BOC in the early stage (such as WeChat/Alipay), please re-associate and bind according to the new card information after receiving the new card.
4. During the period when the old card has been reported lost and the new card has not been received, please pay attention to the bill and make normal repayment according to the bill. The card that has been reported lost cannot be consumed or cashed out, but it will not affect the repayment.
