3. Click "Next". If Taobao is bound, the balance is not zero, and the flower garden is not closed, etc., it cannot be cancelled. Clean it up and log off. After the information is submitted, it will check whether the account meets the requirements, and there will be feedback tips if it does not meet the requirements.

4. If it meets the requirements, enter the confirmation to give up the rights and interests (including individuals, transaction records and quick payment).

5. Select the cancellation reason, confirm the cancellation, fill in the information to complete the verification and confirm the cancellation.

6. After confirmation, execute the second logout information. If the verification is correct, cancel the submission and exit automatically. The page prompts that the submission was successful. If approved, it will be cancelled within 48 hours, and a corresponding message will be received when the cancellation is completed.
