On September 30th, China Everbright Bank announced that according to the requirements of the regulatory authorities, China Everbright Bank will control the transactions of credit card funds flowing into real estate-related fields from June 8th. 10, when such merchants overdraw, the transactions will fail.

Among the big state-owned banks, CCB's credit cards explicitly prohibit transactions in domestic real estate merchants (merchant category codes are 1520, 177 1 70 13). In addition, CCB credit cards are not allowed to be traded in domestic wealth management and investment merchants (merchant category codes are 60 12, 605 1, 62 1 1).

There are also banks buying houses, real estate agents and other businesses trading in limited quantities. The credit card of Bohai Bank previously announced that the single transaction amount of the bank's credit card in domestic real estate merchants (merchant category codes are 70 13, 70 12, 65 13) does not exceed 10000 yuan, and the monthly cumulative transaction amount of the bill does not exceed 30,000 yuan; Credit card transactions are prohibited by domestic real estate merchants (merchant category code is 1520), and overseas real estate transactions are not allowed.

Credit cards of Agricultural Bank of China are not allowed to be traded in domestic real estate merchants (merchant category codes are 1520, 70 13).

Ping An Bank Credit Card also recently issued a notice to restrict real estate merchants according to relevant regulations in order to implement relevant policies on real estate regulation. When holding a Ping An credit card overdraws in such merchants, the transaction may fail. Previously, Ping An of China required that the monthly (natural month) RMB transaction amount should not exceed 30,000 yuan, and the annual (natural year) accumulated amount should not exceed 654.38+10,000 yuan.
