1) Log in to Ping An Pocket Bank APP, enter the "Credit Card" page, click More-Card Service-Data Management-Certificate Expiration Update, and follow the prompts;

2) Log in to the credit card online banking with a computer, and the online banking will automatically judge and prompt customers whose certificates have expired. "Dear customers, your ID card registered with our bank has expired, please scan the QR code to upload photos of the certificates and update the validity period of the certificates." If prompted, self-service updates the expiration date of the certificate according to the prompt.
