Holders of the main credit card of China Merchants Bank can apply for supplementary cards for their immediate family members (parents, spouses or children). The applicant must be 14 years old and the card type must be the same as the main card (except for the supplementary credit card for international students).
When applying, you only need to simply fill in the credit card application form, including the name of the main card holder, date of birth, certificate number and the information of your supplementary card applicant, and attach a copy of the identity certificate of the supplementary card applicant to us for processing.
For some cards, you can log on to the credit card website, select "Credit Card Application", and then select the card type that needs to apply for supplementary cards. Please fill in the information of the main cardholder.
