CITIC Credit Card Negotiation Repayment Process
Generally speaking, banks are not allowed to negotiate repayment by installments, but if the skills are in place and the conditions are met, it can be done completely, which mainly includes four steps: Step one: comprehensively calculate and evaluate the overdue amount of your credit card, including penalty interest, form an accurate figure, and roughly calculate how long it will take to pay off the debt according to your income and expenditure. Step 2: Go directly to the bank outlet to find the credit account manager and tell him the real situation, such as unsatisfactory production and operation, major family changes, and inability to return credit card funds due to force majeure, natural disasters and other factors. To apply for credit card installment repayment, it is recommended to apply for the longest period (five years), and then submit relevant supporting materials, such as bank card running water and medical records. Step 3: If the bank agrees through consultation, it is suggested to record or take screenshots of the chat records negotiated with the bank's credit manager to avoid the bank's "repentance" in the future. After all, many bank credit card collectors are outsourced now and don't know the first-hand situation. If the bank doesn't agree to the negotiation, call the bank's credit card customer service directly, ask to contact the Commissioner in charge of negotiation in the credit card center, and then re-apply according to the process. Step 4: After successful negotiation, sign the installment repayment agreement and enter the installment repayment process.
