It is one year overdue and owes money to five banks. Negotiate with three banks to pay the principal in 60 installments. Negotiations will continue after the income increases.
Regarding this issue, I would like to talk about my personal debt situation:
CITIC Bank 150,000
Ping An Bank 60,000
China Guangfa Bank 30,000
Shanghai Pudong Development Bank 30,000
Huaxia Bank 30,000
*** 300,000 in total
Of course there are some Online loan, Alipay 60,000 Weili loan, 32,000 Jingdong gold bar, 23,000. Because my salary is limited, my plan is to negotiate the repayment from the online loan company after paying off the credit card.
All the arrears above have been overdue for more than a year, and what is recorded now is the principal part. As for how much it has increased since it has been overdue for so long, I have not carefully calculated it. I just feel that I want to pay off P’s debts, but in reality I don’t have that much ability, so I can only take things slowly one by one. The banks that have been negotiated include Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Guangfa Bank and Hua Xia Bank. The amounts of these three banks are relatively small, and the principal is divided into 60 installments, with a monthly repayment of 500 yuan.
Half a year after I gave birth to my child, I started working and started to have income, so I started negotiating with banks for installments. The first company I approached was CITIC, because CITIC owed a lot of money, and CITIC only needed to negotiate. Well, the psychological pressure will be a lot easier, but China CITIC Bank always quarrels with me and refuses to give me installments. After communicating with me for many times, we ended up on bad terms, and then I started to look for other banks. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank is the first bank to provide principal installment. The customer service call I made explained my situation and informed me of my current situation. I hope they can provide me with a long-term principal installment plan. The customer service said they could help me apply and asked me to wait for a call. The next day, the installment plan came out, but there was an additional condition. I needed to sign a reduction or exemption agreement, and the credit report reflected "credit report stop payment."
The negotiations with Guangfa Bank were a bit tortuous. At that time, I was sued by Guangfa. This was also the first time I was sued by a bank. I was very panicked. Of course, one reason was that when I overdue the full explosion, I because I had just given birth to a child, so I hardly answered the phone, and GF didn't do much to collect the money. So when I was sued, I contacted GF's lawyers immediately and reached pre-trial mediation with them.
With Hua Xia Bank, I checked the bank statements and then went to the customer service to negotiate. At that time, they calculated part of the interest for me. I said that I am very poor now, and my salary is only more than 2,000, but I want to do my best to pay off the debt. Whichever bank agrees to negotiate, I will pay it back first. In this way, we communicated several times and they agreed and reached an agreement through phone recording.
The remaining ones are China CITIC Bank and Ping An Bank. China CITIC Bank is really difficult to negotiate with and Ping An Bank is because they always intimidate and threaten my family, so I put them last.
My plan is to find more part-time jobs and increase my income before negotiating for the rest.
It will probably take a few years, and it may even be blacklisted. But now that you have a plan, stick to it.
