In the case of new account opening/card replacement, China Merchants Bank Credit Card needs to be activated after receiving the card before it can be used normally. Card opening can be handled through the following channels:

2. Mobile banking: Please log in to mobile banking and click My → Credit Card → Card Manager → Credit Card to be activated → Deactivate.

4. Pocket Life: After logging in to Pocket Life, select My → Card Manager, and click the card opening operation when the card is not opened.

5. Credit card official website: Log in to the homepage of credit card official website (click here to enter the webpage link), select "Open Card (new card activation)", and open the card after scanning the code through WeChat or downloading the official client.
