(3) Under normal circumstances, the bank can transfer the refund to the consumer's UnionPay card within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the merchant's application.

(4) The length of refund time largely depends on the speed of business application.

(5) With regard to the credit card processing fee, the bank agrees to charge the merchants, which has nothing to do with the consumers. Moreover, after the payment is refunded to the consumer's account, the bank will refund the handling fee to the merchant, and the consumer will not have to pay this fee.
