If you apply for a CMB credit card through the counter, it usually takes 10 working days from the time your application materials are received by the auditing department to the time your credit card is audited. After approval, we will make a card for you within 2 working days, and then send it to you by registered mail according to the billing address. Generally, the sending time of registered letters is 15 days. If you make an appointment to register online/by mobile phone, our bank will need 7 working days for preliminary examination. If you pass the preliminary examination, a staff member will contact you to get written materials or directly inform you to fill out the application for acceptance. Please bring your resident ID card to the counter within 3 days, and directly help you arrange business card printing, which will be mailed to you. If it fails, you will be notified by email. If you apply for a second card, you can generally check the application progress within 5 working days after submitting the application directly online.
