Can I go abroad if my bank card is overdue?
Legal analysis: you can go abroad after your bank card expires, as follows: 1. If you only blacklist credit cards, it will only affect future loans and credit cards, and will not affect cardholders' travel; 2. In order to strengthen the joint credit punishment measures for those who have lost their trust, the Supreme People's Court has reached a cooperation with the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China to incorporate the list information of those who have lost their trust into the credit information system and record it in the credit files of those who have been executed; Share the information of the list of people who have been executed in bad faith with more than 20 financial institutions such as China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Agricultural Bank and China Bank, and restrict or prohibit the people who have been executed in bad faith from handling loans, credit cards and other businesses. 3. Only those who are blacklisted by the court and become untrustworthy executors will be restricted from flying, taking a soft sleeper on the train, handling loans and credit cards, and serving as legal representatives, directors and senior managers of enterprises.
