By querying the transaction records, you can query the credit card consumption location, account balance and details of CCB.

1. Counter inquiry: You can check at the bank counter with your ID card and bank card;

2.ATM inquiry: insert the bank card into the ATM, enter the password, and click Inquiry to inquire about the balance and transaction details;

3. Online banking inquiry: log in to the bank official website, click online banking to log in, and fill in the correct card number and password.
