The little red letter is a warning method on Steam.
The warning has violated various Steam user agreements. If you buy a black KEY, purchase with a black card, or buy low-price products through an agent, your account will be banned for a few days, and then the games or products involved will be removed. If the community market transaction involves fraud, you may be permanently banned.
There are many reasons why a Steam account may be disabled. For example, if it is illegal or cheating, most of it comes from illegal sources of your game. The more common situation is black card, stealing other people's credit cards for consumption.
Relevant information that players need to know:
Usually after 1 to 3 months, the cardholder refuses to pay after receiving the bill, resulting in the account being banned, or it is a fake credit card , the bank refused to pay after 1 to 3 months, resulting in the account being banned.
If you are banned, you can appeal to Steam Support to get the ban lifted. However, the cardholder’s full name, card type, expiration date, last 4 digits of the number, detailed billing address and other information must be provided. Generally, black cards do not have this information, so it is basically impossible to retrieve a banned account.
