1. Credit cards are not small loans.
2. There are two common ways for young people to get loans now, one is credit card and the other is online small loan, both of which can get cash loans. Credit card consumption does not belong to small loans. The main differences are as follows:
1) The scope of use is different. The purpose of the loan is special, such as: house purchase loan and car loan, while the use of credit card consumption is wider and not limited.
2) The costs are different. There is no interest-free period for loans. Interest is calculated from the time the bank disburses the money, while credit cards have an interest-free period.
3) The convenience of application is different. Loan application is more troublesome, the process is cumbersome, and the approval process is strict and takes a long time. The application time for credit card is relatively short and the application is more convenient.
4) The repayment methods are different. Consumer loans are repaid on a fixed schedule, while credit cards can be repaid in full, in installments or with the minimum repayment amount. Small loans can only choose fixed period repayment.
5) Different lending sources. Currently, only banks can issue credit cards, and other institutions cannot issue credit cards. As for small loans, basically any small loan institution that meets the qualification requirements, which is what we call a licensed consumer financial institution, can issue them.
6) Interest rates are different. Credit cards have an interest-free period, which is usually one month. If you use it this month, you can repay it next month, or you can choose bill installments. But small loans are different. Under normal circumstances, small loans have to choose a repayment period when borrowing, and then interest is calculated on a daily basis according to different periods, so there is no interest-free period for small loans.
7) Application conditions are different. Credit card application information is relatively simple and can be used repeatedly once applied. As long as the credit card is in good condition and repaid on time, you can continue to use it in the future. The application procedures and information for small loans are generally much more complicated than those for credit cards, and they cannot be used after repayment. If you need to use it later, you will have to prepare the information and apply again, and it will have to be approved again, and it may not be approved.
3. Whether it is a credit card loan or a small loan, it is generally subject to a credit report.
