2. Application form submission:

(1) Beijing local application: It can be sent to Peking University Alumni Foundation, which will forward it to Beijing Branch, or it can be sent directly to Beijing Branch.

(2) Application documents outside Beijing: If the applicant submits the application form at other provincial and municipal outlets, the staff of the local outlets should prompt the applicant to send it directly to the email address specified in the application form, that is, the special email address of Peking University Credit Card of China Bank of Beijing East Post Office with the postal code of1001.
