If you are asked to enter your QQ email account and password, and you have set an independent password, you should enter the independent password of your email to verify the success, and you will verify whether this account and password are correct to Tencent. If you use the password of your QQ account, you will not be able to import the email bill because the email account and password do not match.

Process of modifying Alipay mailbox:

1. Open Alipay official website, find the Alipay login interface, enter the correct user name and password, and then log in to Alipay successfully. Find and click the "Help Center" option in the upper right corner.

2. Enter the "Help Center" option, find and click the modify email address on the left.

3. Enter the modify email page, and the system provides seven optional modification methods. If the email address is still in use, you can choose the third method. First, you can modify it by "Certificate+Email", and click "Certificate+Email" to modify it immediately. At this time, the system will send an email to the email address, click View Email immediately, log in to your email address, and open Alipay.

4. For the sent email address, click Modify Email Address Now.

5. At this point, the mailbox was successfully verified. Click Continue to modify the email address, then enter a new email address, and click Next to complete the modification.

6. If the email address is no longer available, you can choose other ways to modify the email address. Let's demonstrate that it can be modified by "mobile phone verification code+payment password". Other methods can refer to this method. Just enter the relevant information as required and click "mobile phone verification code+payment password" to modify it immediately.

7. Enter the mobile phone verification code and payment password respectively, click Next, then enter a new email address, and click Next to complete the modification.
