The lottery results will be available from 15:00 on February 23, 2023.

The winning players should log in to their personal registration account within the specified time and complete the event payment. The organizing committee will notify them through announcements and text messages.

During the registration period for the Bank of China 2023 Wuhan Marathon, register through the Maramara APP and choose Bank of China Payment to pay the Han Marathon registration fee. Both debit and credit cards are accepted, and each person is limited to one discount. Event places are limited, first come first served.

The Wuhan Marathon is a World Athletics Silver Label event certified by World Athletics (WA) and registered with the Chinese Athletics Association. It is organized by the Chinese Athletics Association, Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau, Sponsored by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government, organized by Wuhan Sports Bureau and Wuhan Sports Development Investment Co., Ltd., and operated by Wuhan Hanma Sports Management Co., Ltd.

In 2017, the Wuhan Marathon was approved to join the "China Marathon Grand Slam"; in 2019, the Wuhan Marathon was awarded the IAAF bronze medal event; in 2020, the Wuhan Marathon was upgraded to a World Athletics Silver Label event.
