If you are an old customer of the credit card, the phone number returned is the phone number reserved by the card core system; If you are a BOC customer, but you are a new credit card customer, the mobile phone number reserved in the core system will be displayed; These two mobile phone numbers can be modified through BOC Personal Mobile Banking (Personal Mobile Banking-My-My Information-Modify Mobile Phone Number).

4. If you are a new customer of Bank of China and don't return your mobile phone number, you can manually enter it yourself. The Bank of China system will connect with the operator system to verify whether this mobile phone number is its own. If the verification passes, you can continue to apply.
