The contract is signed with Party B's labor service company, which belongs to the third-party employees and is not directly managed by Ping An Bank. The salary is subject to the tripartite contract. In case of any dispute, it is necessary to communicate with the dispatching company that signed the contract, and Ping An Bank, as Party A, does not assume direct responsibility.
