There are two main ways to cancel the Industrial Credit Card:

1. Cancellation by customer service phone: Call the customer service number of Industrial Bank and follow the voice prompts to complete the identity verification to cancel the Industrial Credit Card. There should be no outstanding balance in the account when canceling the card. In order to facilitate the bank to verify the information, a phone should be kept by your side at all times. The magnetic stripe of a canceled credit card should be cut off to prevent it from being stolen by others.

2. Cancellation at the bank counter: Bring your ID card and the credit card that needs to be canceled to the bank counter of Industrial Bank, contact the staff and inform the staff of your needs, and you can proceed under the arrangement of the staff. If the credit card is lost, it can only be canceled at the branch counter. If there are new accounts payable within 45 days (inclusive) after the card is canceled, it will still be borne by the cardholder himself. The system will automatically cancel the account only after 45 days have passed since the cancellation of the Industrial Credit Card and there are no outstanding balances or excess deposits in the account.
