In fact, from 20 14 to today, we have been thinking about how the charging piles should be laid out, so that consumers can buy new energy vehicles more actively.
The first step for 20 14 to enter new energy sources is to open a 4S store of BAIC New Energy in Changzhou, Jiangsu. We did some promotional activities at that time. After the consumer arrives at the store, he is worried that even if a charging pile is installed at home, what should I do if there is no electricity after I drive out? At that time, there were only two charging stations in Changzhou, one was Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, and the State Grid built one. There is also a building in Wujin District, Changzhou, so even if it can solve the problem of charging at home, how can it be charged outside? As my friend in Changzhou said a few minutes ago, Weilai Automobile may have built some charging piles in Changzhou, and it also has the function of changing electricity. Now I'm not sure if I can install a household charging pile. Driving in the city, if the car is out of power, can you charge it with stars? This is a typical case.
Today, at the invitation of the organizer, I want to talk about how the new digital infrastructure can stimulate the consumption of new energy vehicles. After the Spring Festival this year, the state published many articles about new infrastructure. The new infrastructure is not simply to increase the number of social charging piles, but to combine the services of the cloud platform, including the analysis of user habits, so that this new infrastructure can better support the consumption of new energy vehicles. I will focus on a few topics below.
The first is the construction of backbone charging network. From 20 14 to now, when a new energy vehicle comes on the market, we will buy one and experience it in turn from company executives to middle-level cadres. At the same time, we will make these cars adapt to the star charging network as much as possible. For example, I brought back an Audi a while ago and held it in my hand for a week. I found several problems during driving for a week. One day, I opened a lot and knew where there were more charging piles. I rushed to the door of Beiqi New Energy Store, where there were dozens of fast charging piles, so I charged Audi. But it was cold that day Based on our understanding of charging new energy vehicles, try not to sit in the car when charging. I will wait outside. It's raining at this time, it's already 6 o'clock in the evening, and the 4S shop has already started to prepare for closing. Because I am the leader of the company, the 4S shop let me go in to take shelter from the rain. I think, if I am an ordinary consumer, if it rains and I don't want to be in the car, it will be a bit embarrassing.
There are two fast charging piles in the hotel next to my home. One day I want to charge them in front of the hotel. That night, the business of the hotel was very good, and there were many people eating. All the cars are parked in the parking lot, occupying the position of the charging pile. From the consumer's point of view, it may be said that the charging operator has not solved the problem of parking spaces, but from the hotel's point of view, it is the hotel customers who agree to install charging piles to charge their new energy vehicles. However, the primary task of the parking lot is to meet the parking demand. If there is a large flow of people on that day and parking needs to be guaranteed, the guests who come to the store will say that there is no charge for that parking space. Why don't you stop me? This is a real problem I met in the hotel.
Although we have built many charging piles, the real backbone charging network has not been completely built. When we drive a fuel truck in Xinbei District, Changzhou, we will remember the locations of three gas stations. If it is a new energy vehicle, it needs to build three charging pile networks that consumers remember, which is its backbone network. We originally thought about solving the problem of charging at home, but in the future we still have to consider the construction of the backbone charging network. This is what the stars have been charging and many car companies have done this year.
We have made the plan of "Bright Roof" on the original basis, and we have been building it ourselves for the past few years. Now let's talk about the venue. Take Changsha as an example. The venue is one month in 250 yuan. Because there are many people competing now, they can get 500 yuan a month to go to 600 yuan, and the venue cost is getting higher and higher. The second is the acquisition of power resources. After more players, there will be competition and bargaining for power resources, so the cost is rising. "Guangmingding" plan is to integrate the potential partners with the advantages of site resources and strength resources in society to join the plan. We provide equipment, financial planning support, including cloud platform services, and even buy some electricity in advance. At the same time, give full play to the advantages of extensive cooperation between Star Charging and car companies in the country, and guide all user traffic to partners. This is the "Guangming Top" plan, which is equivalent to expanding the country at the same time, using social resources in a wider range and building a better backbone charging network.
On this basis, we launched actions around how to better circulate new energy vehicles. In May this year, we established a first-class subsidiary of the Group, called Jiangsu Xiaohongren Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. Our brand is Phoenix Car, and now it is a typical triple play enterprise in Changzhou. Which triple play is it? It integrates the technologies of vehicle networking, charging network and mobile network, and is the representative of "Three New Economies".
What does Phoenix need a car for? Mainly in three places, one is administrative law enforcement. After the establishment of Phoenix Automobile, it has been piloted on a large scale in Changzhou. For those law enforcement units such as health law enforcement, administrative law enforcement, environmental law enforcement, including urban management, because they have to be equipped with a large number of vehicles, they should go out for inspections and inspections at the same time. Practice has proved that the application of new energy vehicles in law enforcement can reduce costs, and at the same time, government units take the lead in practicing new energy, which is a better application scenario.
The second is the factory. Looking back at the charging of stars, we have our own independent factory, which is full of various charging piles. No matter what kind of new energy vehicle employees use, they can solve the charging problem in the factory. Therefore, we promoted this model in Changzhou Industrial Park, found a single-family factory and built the charging pile into the compound. Whether there is a new energy vehicle or not, the pile was built first, which greatly reduced his psychological anxiety. At the same time, tell him that there is our backbone charging network in the city, and even if he goes to town on business, there will be a place to charge when there is no electricity.
So we did a lot of factory business, and they began to try to rent a car. After driving for a while, I feel that the experience is good and I can buy it out at any time. This is what Phoenix is doing now. Because I was thinking about leasing, I dare to buy back, which is equivalent to selling you 6.5438+10,000 yuan first, even if it depreciates for one year, it will be 20,000 yuan. If you don't get 80 thousand back next year, it's equivalent to collecting 20 thousand rent. In the case that we are willing to lease, we are also willing to do some value-added repurchase, which indirectly solves the problems encountered by new energy vehicles now.
There are also towns and villages, such as southern Jiangsu, where government workers have to go to village committees or district governments to handle affairs, so there is a great demand for official vehicles. We arranged charging piles in the town government, equipped with AC piles, and charged them quickly, making them feel that they can try new energy vehicles. After driving, they found it very quiet, with better driving experience than ordinary fuel vehicles, convenient charging and high cost performance, so many towns and villages followed suit. This is a new energy vehicle that introduces different scenarios through digital new infrastructure. Of course, all prerequisites are that the backbone charging network must be built in place.
Phoenix has made another exploration for the network car and taxi, which we call the energy contract and the separation of car and electricity. Everyone knows that new energy taxis, such as Beiqi New Energy EU5, Geely Emgrand EV and BYD Qin, are basically around 12 to 13 yuan. At present, the common taxi or online taxi that changes from oil to gas is usually around 80 thousand yuan, and it will not exceed 90 thousand yuan after adding fuel tank. For taxis, if the government does not force or give subsidies, the company will have no incentive to spend10.2 million yuan to buy new energy vehicles. After discussion with many taxi company bosses, the conclusion is that taxi companies are unwilling to buy at a high price, which will increase the rent and make them uncompetitive with cars that change from oil to gas.
For example, in Changzhou, without the promotion of policies and subsidies, taxi companies are only willing to switch from oil to gas, and discuss with them the car of 6.5438+0.28 million, and I will sell it to you for 88,000. Do you want it? At this time, he is still willing to buy, because there is a small policy that the starting price in Changzhou can be increased by 1 yuan, which makes the car easier to rent, because the rent has not changed. Where's the forty thousand dollars posted? Just pass it on to the driver. If the taxi is 500,000 kilometers, it will take 8 minutes per kilometer. How much is the charging fee in Changzhou? Take the car I drove recently as an example. The average power consumption per week is about 1.5 kwh per 100 kilometers. Calculated by the local electricity price 1.35 yuan, it is about 0. 1.7 yuan per kilometer, plus the battery dilution fee of 80 cents, the total driver cost is 0.25 yuan. At present, the cost of changing oil to gas is 0.32 -0.38 yuan, with an average price of 0.35 yuan, one year 1 00,000 kilometers110,000 yuan. The energy contract is the contract I signed with the driver. What is the current situation of taxis in Changzhou? The package price is 5,000 yuan a month, including insurance, rent and management fee. Now the new energy vehicle is also 5000 yuan a month, and we signed a contract of 0.25 yuan a kilometer. I read the car networking data of the car from the background. He tied a credit card at the front desk and read the driving distance of the car once a month, multiplied by 0.25 yuan for deduction. Because the driver paid a deposit of 20 thousand yuan in the taxi company, we are not afraid to break the contract.
To realize the energy contract, we must first have the support of the car networking platform, and read the kilometers through the car networking platform; Second, the charging network has completed the Changzhou backbone network, and upgraded the 14 charging network, which can automatically identify cars. After matching our data, we will know that it is a taxi. Charging is free, because I settle accounts once a month. Therefore, the digitalization on the charging pile should also be prepared.
The third is the cloud platform. My front-end users and taxi drivers have to complete ID card, driver's license, bank card verification and personal credit inquiry when they collect their cars. Phoenix has a car. Now for the scene of the factory, the scene of the park, the scene of the family, the scene of the taxi, and the scene of the network car, each scene has made different plans to guide users to enter from the entrance of the Phoenix, which is equivalent to different roles. If he is a taxi driver, what he sees after going in is related to taxis, and we will choose the backbone charging station needed for taxis for him; If it is an individual user, you can see the second-hand car repurchase and so on. I want to sign an energy contract with you. How much will you pay me per kilometer in the future? This is not to pay the electricity bill, but to pay the energy price difference, because it used to cost 670 cents to burn one kilometer of oil. All insurance, maintenance and charging services are included, including charging piles for home use and charging outside. how much is it? Sign a contract with me for 5 years or 10 years, and we will make a private car like this.
