1. Call PICC for insurance registration.

2. Prepare claim information according to the requirements of CITIC Credit Card website (which can be found on CITIC website).

3. Express the claim data to PICC, and then you will receive a short message informing you that you have received the claim data.

4. After the audit is completed, PICC will pay compensation.

Precautions:

First, the purchase of air tickets must be registered in the designated channel of CITIC Credit Card;

Second, after the delay occurs, you should call the insurance company as soon as possible to register;

Third, the claim materials must be prepared comprehensively, sent within one week of delay, and delivered to CITIC Card Claims Team of PICC Shenzhen Stock Exchange. If someone signs for it, there will be SMS notification;

Fourth, if you buy tickets, try to pay directly by credit card, and don't use other payment channels such as WeChat to avoid complications.
