Peony Student Card is an international credit card product specially designed by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China for college students and graduate students. Basic application conditions:
A, the age must be above 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct;
B. Provide a complete application form signed by the applicant;
C. provide a copy of valid identity documents;
D the first contact person must be a parent or spouse, and the second contact person must be a full-time counselor, class teacher, teacher or classmate of the institution. The contact person should provide effective contact information.

Note: it cannot be handled during the graduation semester.
If you need to continue to use the card after graduation, you must provide the bank with the corresponding proof of employment status or continuing to study for a master's or doctoral degree within 3 months after graduation. After the card is issued, the annual fee for the first year is exempted, and the annual fee for the current year can be exempted if the consumption reaches 3000 yuan or reaches 3 (unlimited amount). In general, the annual fee is 100 yuan/card.
The credit limit of Peony Student Card is based on the credit situation when you apply, not necessarily a specific fixed credit limit. There is no handling fee for peony student card deposits in different places.
The final repayment date of our Peony Student Card is the 25th of each month, which means it can be paid off before the 25th of next month. When the overdraft consumption amount is paid off before the final repayment date, no interest will be paid, and overdraft consumption can be made within the credit limit of my peony student card; If you overdraw at the interest rate of 0.5 ‰ per day, the overdraft withdrawal amount is 50% of your credit limit, and the maximum overdraft withdrawal amount per card per day is 2000 yuan or equivalent foreign currency. Please choose any repayment method according to your own situation:
1. Deposit cash at ICBC outlets.
2. Deposit cash or transfer money through self-service equipment. (RMB)
3. Transfer money through telephone banking or online banking. (RMB)
4. Remit money to the credit card account through other banks.
5. Some units repay credit cards through financial POS machines in the form of financial reimbursement.
6. Purchase foreign exchange to repay the arrears of foreign currency accounts. Through telephone, outlets, online processing.
7. Set automatic repayment.
