1. Fill in the Shenzhen Development Bank Credit Card (Personal Card) or Wal-Mart Enjoy Card Application Form. The handwriting is required to be clear, the content is true and complete, and the applicant shall fill in the application form Confirmed with autograph.

2. Provide necessary information:

(1) Copy of applicant’s (primary and supplementary card) ID card;

(2) Work certification document : A copy of the work permit/plate with the name of the applicant’s work unit, name and photo or the original work certificate issued by the unit’s personnel department;

(3) Proof of address (please provide one for each of the options listed below) Item): The original copy of the most recent water, electricity, gas, landline phone bill, etc. of the current residence.

*The credit limit can be increased by providing the following information:

(1) A copy of the applicant’s property ownership certificate;

(2) The applicant’s annual review A copy of the applicant’s car driving license;

(3) A copy of the applicant’s Shenzhen Development Bank time deposit receipt;

(4) The applicant’s intermediate professional title or above or other professional qualification certificates Copy of the applicant;

(5) The applicant’s income certification documents: including a copy of the recent income tax withholding voucher, a copy of the recent salary passbook issued by the bank, the original salary slip, etc.

Note: The bank needs to verify the original copies of the above-mentioned relevant information provided by the applicant.
