2. select card activation in my credit card homepage.

(II) Activation Method of Bank of Communications Online Banking
You can activate your credit card by logging in to the homepage of Bank of Communications Credit Card Center and logging in to Bank of Communications Credit Card Online Banking.
(3) Telephone banking activation process
You can activate your card by calling the 24-hour customer service hotline shown on the back of the Bank of Communications credit card. Activation process:
1. Please call the customer service hotline on the back of the credit card, select the corresponding language, and enter your 16-digit credit card number and inquiry password.
2. according to the voice prompt, select the card activation option under the menu of "card activation password management and other services".
3. Enter the last 3 digits printed on the signature column on the back of your card and press # to confirm.
4. Enter your home phone number or mobile phone number (area code and extension number are not required) and press # to confirm.
5. Activation is successful. Please enter 6 digits as your transaction password and press # to confirm.
6. Enter the 6-digit transaction password again and press # to confirm. This password is the password that you use to inquire about and withdraw cash from all kinds of self-service machines, as well as when China UnionPay merchants swipe their cards for consumption. If you don't check "Use password to confirm the transaction when China UnionPay merchants swipe their cards" on the application form, you don't need to enter the transaction password when spending.
