Credit cards generate interest, generally because of the following two situations:
Cash withdrawal: Credit card cash withdrawal does not enjoy interest-free period, and 0.05% interest is charged every day from the date of cash withdrawal, with monthly compound interest, and there is also a cash advance fee.
Credit card bill is not repaid in full and on time: if the current bill is not paid off before the credit card repayment date, all consumption in the current month will not enjoy interest-free. Interest is calculated for every consumption in the bill one by one, usually from the second day of credit card consumption to the day when your transaction is returned, with a daily interest rate of 0.05%.
